Who is this program for?

 The program especially targets individuals from underserved communities — people who are unemployed or underemployed, young adults, women, veterans, or minorities — giving them a bridge into well‑paid construction trades careers.  

We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.

 About 300 hours of training covering construction trades fundamentals, safety certification (OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR), and pre‑apprenticeship skills.

 Career coaching, job placement assistance, and direct access to registered apprenticeships via labor‑union partnerships.
